    Description

    This is a copy of an original medal by Moritz Furst, an engraver that produced many dies for the US Mint in Philadelphia. He is probably most known for his work surrounding the naval medals of the War of 1812. Originals of this design may be the only co temporary political medal or token depicting Clinton. To be clear, this is not an authentic strike, but likely a contemporary (or an older) reproduction. Due to the rarity of the originals, this would make an exceptional placeholder as it is relatively well done.
