Here we have a new Leviton model 485 combination switch and lampholder for use with Lumiline lamps. It has an On/Off switch. It is made of black Bakelite plastic and has brass contact points. This item is new old stock and is not in the original package. It is dirty and dusty from sitting here for decades.
The Buy-It-Now price is with free shipping to anywhere in the USA. Shipping to other countries is available but the cost will vary depending on the destination.
