The ZZP aluminum radiator is a factory replacement radiator made entirely of aluminum. It installs like a stock radiator with OEM style fan mounts and transmission cooler fittings.  Beware of the other sellers selling a full aluminum radiator.  They do not have the coolant level sensor bung.  Without that you will throw a check engine light.  We specialize in these vehicles.  Your not buying from a company that just makes radiators for every kind of car.  We have these custom designed for your specific vehicle since we specialize in them.
This is the largest over sized radiator ever offered for the 3800.
It has a thicker core than the original OEM one and still bolts up like stock!

2000 to 2005 Chevy Impala 3.8L 3800 +3.4L 3400
2000 to 2005 Chevy Monte Carlo 3.8L 3800 + 3.4L 3400
2000 to 2005 Buick Century 3.1L
2000 to 2004 Buick Regal 3.8L
Will not fit the supercharged vehicles.
99% of these vehicles have a coolant level sensor.  If you car does not please let us know and we will ship you one that does not have a coolant level sensor bung.

With Full aluminum construction, it cleans up the engine bay with a strong appearance and durable construction.
Please check fan to radiator clearance. Leaks from physical damage or not checking clearance will not be covered under warranty.
